Catering enquiries
The catering form opens the visitor’s own email application. The website does not store the form values in its database. Email enquiries are handled to respond to the request and manage the customer relationship.

Wall of Fame
A challenge photo, public name or nickname, caption and challenge date are published only with the participant’s consent. Staff record when consent was given and the version of the consent wording. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email; the photo will be removed from the website without undue delay.

Retention, recipients and rights
Information is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or legal obligations. Technical service providers may process information to provide the website. Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction or erasure and may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
