Table bookings and catering requests
Table bookings and catering requests are made through Fiest Oy’s booking service at reservations.fiest.io and catering.fiest.io. Fiest stores the request details (name, email, phone number, date and time, number of guests, delivery address and message) on our behalf in a database in the EU, and emails them to us and to you. The details are used to handle the booking or quote. Requests and their details are kept for at most 12 months after the event, and allergy and dietary details are deleted after the event. If you accept the Meta pixel on the booking page, Meta is told about your table booking, including your hashed email address and phone number, so we can measure our advertising. The notice on the booking form has the details, and Fiest’s own notice names its service providers.

Wall of Fame
A challenge photo, public name or nickname, caption and challenge date are published only with the participant’s consent. Staff record when consent was given and the version of the consent wording. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email; the photo will be removed from the website without undue delay.

Cookies and the Meta pixel
We measure how our ads perform with the pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, but only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Once accepted, the pixel sends Meta the pages you view, clicks on order and table booking links and technical details of your browser and device, such as your IP address, and stores Meta cookies (for example _fbp) in your browser. The data is used to measure and target our advertising, and Meta may process it outside the EU. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the button below or from the bottom of any page. When you go on to book a table, the link passes the ad’s click ID and campaign details to the booking page, if an ad brought you here. Your choice is stored in your browser for a year. The site also gathers cookieless visit statistics with Vercel Analytics.

Retention, recipients and rights
Information is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or legal obligations. Technical service providers may process information to provide the website. Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction or erasure and may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
